Answers to the questions people actually ask. And a few they're too polite to.
Using Hosetel
Click Add to Chrome on our Chrome Web Store page, then open any hotel on Booking.com. The pills appear next to hotel names on their own. No account, no setup.
Booking.com today, on desktop Chrome. More booking sites are on the way. Phones are on the waiting list.
Hose here means we've found evidence: a guest confirmation, a review mention, or the hotel is in a country where hoses are standard. Not checked means we don't know yet. No hose means guests have confirmed there isn't one.
Three ways. Guests who stayed tell us with one tap. Reviews sometimes mention it. And in countries where toilet hoses are standard, such as the UAE, Turkey and Malaysia, we assume yes until a guest says otherwise. Hover over any pill to see exactly where the answer came from.
Open the hotel's page and use the Yes or No buttons under the pill. Guest answers always beat everything else, so you'll be fixing it for every traveller after you.
Booking.com occasionally rearranges its pages. Try reloading the page first. If they're still missing, email us at hello@hosetel.com with the page address and we'll sort it, usually within a few days.
Privacy
No. It reads the hotel page you have open, and nothing else. No accounts, no names, no browsing history. Your answers are linked to a random anonymous ID, not to you.
Hotel details, the hose verdict, and anonymous yes or no answers. That's it. The full details are in our privacy policy.
For hotels
Please do. Email hello@hosetel.com with your hotel's name and its Booking.com link, and we'll mark it as confirmed. Free, and frankly overdue.
Congratulations on the upgrade. Email hello@hosetel.com with your Booking.com link and a photo of the bathroom, and we'll update it.
